Maven install时报错：
...... was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of nexus ......
这是在本地对应的Jar包路径（本地仓库，比方说test-1.0.0.jar，文件夹默认为是：C://user/<用户名>/.m2/repository/test/test/1.0.0/）下缓存了失败的文件，就是那些后缀为：.lastupdated的文件，只要把这些文件删除了就行了（最后是把整个文件夹清空）。
